- If you are searching for an internship, Handshake (opens in a new tab) should be your first stop! Search for current openings in Georgetown’s job and internship database which is used by employers approved to recruit GU students. You can create your profile with as much or as little information as you’d like! The set-up process is simple and quick! Other job and internship listing databases are linked within Cawley’s website under the Jobs and Internships Tab.
- Student Employment Office (SEO): Head over to the Student Employment Office Webpage to look for open positions and resources for student employees! Looking for a Federal Work Study position? Need an on-campus position? You can filter your search by using their HOYAWORKS tool!
- Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching & Service (CSJ): The CSJ has many wonderful volunteer and FWS positions for social justice work and community engagement throughout the academic year!
- Center for Research and Fellowships (CRF): Interested in pursuing research and/or other competitive experiential opportunities? Find resources that can help you in preparing applications or proposals at the Center for Research and Fellowships.

- Professional Development Grant
- Alumni Mentor Program: When you sign up for an alumni mentor you can ask to be paired with someone based on your professional/career interests! Our volunteers can be great sounding boards for questions you have as they relate to job searching, networking tips, and more!
- Achieve Weekly Newsletter: This e-newsletter includes announcements of internship opportunities, summer jobs, and various networking events (many sponsored by Georgetown University alumni). Students receive information on workshops, panels, opportunities, and more and we even continue to send professional opportunities to young GSP alumni!
- Join our group on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab), which is only open to alumni and undergraduate students currently in the program, for another source of professional connection and crowdsourced opportunities!
