One of GSP’s core values is community building – for our students, it’s knowing there is a whole community at Georgetown (and beyond!) who wants to see them succeed and who will stand by them during their journey.

The GSP Regional Network Program is a group of dedicated supporters and alumni from all over the country who are working together to support GSP students before they arrive on the Hilltop, during their undergraduate experience, and after graduation. With this network in place, we assist students by:

  • Helping admitted students to make the decision to attend Georgetown – we have a great story to tell!
  • Answering questions and offering encouragement to incoming first-year students and families.
  • Providing social and networking opportunities for current students and alumni through planned local gatherings over breaks and during the summer.
  • Collecting summer internship and post-graduation employment opportunities.

Currently, there are ten regional networks throughout the country. Each region has a dedicated Regional Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating events and new engagement opportunities with volunteers in local areas. View who you can reach out to via our Regional Coordinator Doc (link opens in a new tab)!

GSP students can reach out to gsphoyas@georgetown.edu to learn about connecting with your regional network/coordinator!

GSP supporters and alumni, there are many ways for you to be involved! Contact the Regional Coordinator in your area to learn more! If you don’t see your region represented, that means we are still looking for a Regional Coordinator to help lead efforts! For more information, email us at gspregionalnetwork@georgetown.edu.
