Eriana, originally from the South Suburbs of Chicago, is a first-generation, low-income scholar who graduated from both Georgetown University (C ’20) and Johns Hopkins University (M.Ed). Her passion for equitable education stems from her personal experience of finding solace in school as a child. Committed to advocating for underrepresented students, Eriana is dedicated to creating opportunities for fair and inclusive learning environments. She previously worked as an educator in the urban areas within Dallas before coming to GSP. A few fun facts: she gave a TEDx Talk during her senior year of undergrad and was part of GSP during her undergrad years. In her free time, Eriana enjoys reading as a self-proclaimed bibliophagist, creating experiences with her Tribe, spending time with her fur son Bentley, and prioritizing self-care.
